  • Supports disciplinary, grievanceand research misconduct investigations through advice on theconduct of the meeting and format. Drafting questions, reports andcorrespondence to support the process.
  • Sit ondisciplinary and appeal panels and provide advice to the panel onappropriate level of sanction up to and including dismissal.Seeking the necessary support whereappropriate.
  • Support leadership teams withpractical advice and guidance on how to manage formal ER issues,ensuring consistency of approach and compliance with legislationand in line with company policies, procedures andprocesses.
  • Provides advice to managers andcolleagues on conflict resolution as an alternative to formalEmployee Relations procedures.
  • Coaches andsupports managers and colleagues to mutually resolve conflictpositively.
  • Develop and maintain good workingrelationships with Investigating Officers, leaders and all HRcolleagues.
  • Contribute to the development andmaintenance of positive employee relations through the timely andaccurate provision of advice and guidance
  • Keepup to date with UAE Labor Laws and developments in best practice HRand Employee Relations.
