Sr. BusinessDevelopment Manager Dubai

BA is a strategic business groupwithin Honeywell comprising such Business Units as Fire &Security BMS Honeywell Building Solutions and serving suchverticals as Commercial Buildings Hospitability HealthcareIndustrial critical Infrastructure Smart Cities and sustainabilityetc.

Sr. Business Development Manager responsiblefor managing the business development activities for BAMidMassMarket products with key endusers consultants designers andpartners level. He or she oversees the development of strategicmarket/product line business plans to support sales in designatedmarket segments; identifies volume and strategic customers; anddevelops partnerships. He / She also identifies and implementsbusiness development projects related to new and/or existingindustries technologies or services. He / She will also workclosely with Business Leader to achieve sales targets commitmentsin line with strategic planexpectations

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Overseesthe development of strategic market/product line business plans andmarketing programs to support sales in designated marketsegments;
  • Identifiesvolume and strategic customers and developspartnerships;
  • Identifiesand implements business development projects related to new and/orexisting industries technologies or services. Analyzes market datato identify trends/opportunities develops strategic direction frommarket information and creates compelling market analysispresentations. May work with Sales Marketing and potentialcustomers to determine their needs;

Will manage NAFFCO Key Account programs Emergency LightingSuppression BTS Inspire ProductSwitch

  • Identify newConsultantsDesigners present Honeywell offering help to understandtechnical advantages against competition and ensures Honeywelloffering is specified or helps to specify the projects togetherwith SBUs teams;
  • DevelopDedicated Programs for Consultants/Designers to grow loyalty tobrandname andbusinesses;
  • Identify bigendusers within the key verticals build positive relationships andacts as ambassador of Honeywell promoting businessesoffering;
  • Identify keygeneral contractors and developers on the market and developbusiness relations at alllevels;
  • Liaise withexisting key customers in the region and ensure proper support infast and professional manner if needed acting as a bridge betweenthe customer andSBU;
  • Analyze market datato identifytrends/opportunities
  • Developstrategic direction from market information and creates compellingmarket analysis presentations.

Qualifications:

  • 15years minimum Industry knowledge
  • 10 Years SalesExperience
  • Preferred from FireIndustry
  • Driving Mass Mid Segments Initiatives/ Adjacencies
  • Reporting intoGM
  • Able to work with Functions able to workwith commercial sellers and Regional Salesleaders
  • Drive demandGeneration
  • Update Nex pipelineopportunities
  • Short and Midterm focus projectswith minimum span of 2years
