This position willexpose you to interesting challenges and demand the ability toprioritize and make decisions with consideration for longtermeffects. It is vital that you are a selfstarter able to hit theground running in a busy environment still with strong attention todetail and proven track of digital background. The team you will be part of You will work closely together with yourcore team of 5 sales and 2 marketing colleagues spread across UAEand Saudi Arabia supporting marketing activities in MiddelEast withdirect reporting line to Enterprise Marketing Manager ME. In the process youwill also work closely with our extended Marketing team to reachyour targets including EAST Video Marketing Manager panEMEAmarketers as well as other regional Marketing Managers. You will work fromDubai and will be joining a highly motivated team of marketingprofessionals who are ready to share their knowledge andexperience. As a member of the Enterprise division you will be partof an exciting growth strategy where Jabra is positioned as aglobal leader in intelligent audio and video conferencingsolutions. Your line manager is based in Dubai and will beproviding you guidance within ME region. Your contribution isappreciated and you will:
  • Work closely with your Marketing Manager and Salesstakeholders to develop and execute overall demand generationstrategy. Define priorities set new and nurtured lead generationgoals and forecasts executing and measuring overall results againstplans.
  • Execute onthe regional channel & end customer marketing plan alignedwith regional sales communications physical & virtualevents online and offline marketing execute campaigns created byGlobal Marketing.
  • Localize content and implement campaigns against the plan includingproduct launches use case vertical & solutionbasedmarketing campaigns
  • Work closely with distribution in country to develop strongreseller acquisition & enablement activities
  • Report on channelmarketing activities and performance against agreed metrics
  • Execute on keystrategic alliance initiatives within the Global plan
  • Daytoday manage yourpart of ME Channel & End Customer Marketing budget
  • As part of themarketing network you will be expected to work alongside sales andrequired to travel to partner locations for meetings as required.Some travel within Europe may be required to attend internalmeetings.
To succeed in the role weimagine that you are/have:
  • Fluent English is essential (both written and verbal)Arabic is an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or relatedfield of study
  • Atleast 35 years experience of working in B2B channel & endcustomer marketing
  • Experience of the IT/Telecoms/AV market is an advantage but not arequirement
  • Projectmanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and to budget
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with theability to work and negotiate within a matrix organisation
  • Customer centricapproach to marketing with a strong knowledge of the sales processand understanding of current trends in the marketplace
  • Strong sense ofpersonal drive and initiative with the ability to define projectscope and maintain momentum until completion
  • Digital Marketingexperience including SoMe and content marketing
  • Knowledge onSEO/SEM/Google analytics is a big plus
