- Consistently offer professional,friendly and engaging service.
- Lead and manageall aspects of the Guest Relations department and ensure all.service standards are followed.
- Handle guestconcerns and react quickly, logging and notifying properareas.
- Conduct regularly scheduled departmentalmeeting.
- Manage the departmentalbudget.
- Balance operational, administrative andColleague needs.
- Assist guests regarding hotelfacilities in an informative and helpfulway.
- Follow department policies, procedures andservice standards.
- Follow all safetypolicies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in asimilar role required
- Previous PMS experiencerequired
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windowapplications required
- University/College degreein a related discipline an asset
- Must possess aprofessional presentation
- Strong interpersonaland problem solving abilities
- Highlyresponsible & reliable
- Ability to workwell under pressure in a fast pacedenvironment
- Ability to work cohesively as partof a team
- Ability to focus attention on guestneeds, remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
