  • You will work with the GuestExperience team in driving continuous improvement of our Guestexperience, enhancing the hotel service proposition and efficiencyof processes as well as driving key hotel projects in support ofour strategic priorities and businessgoals.

  • You'll have experienceworking in luxury hotels, delivering unique, tailored andpersonalized experiences and you will be responsible for guidingand inspiring the guest experience team to ensure our guestsreceive nothing but the best experience.
  • OurGuest Experience Supervisor enables operational excellence toensure the key brand benefits are delivered throughout all touchpoints in the guest journey. Orchestrates and elevates servicedelivery in order that it fulfills our guests’ emotionalneeds. Support the guest experience division and connects all hoteldepartments to ensure a flawless guestexperience.
  • Our Guest Experience Supervisor isresponsible, in absence of our Guest Experience Manager for theoversight and influence over the guest experience throughout allphases of the guest journey. Ensures all service delivery andoperational processes are rooted in Guest Centricity. Elevateshotel programs to fulfill the guest emotional needs. Directs andpartners with operational leadership to ensure service execution isconsistent across all outlets. Ensures guest data is captured andbrought forward into guest experience touchpoints. Supports andadvocates for the Nexus researching process and its operationaluse.
  • You will plan and manage in house marketmix by creating proper concepts andexperiences.
  • You will maintain a long term anddetailed view of our guests to enable us to truly know andunderstand them. Provides key stakeholders clues to create realconnections. Turns insights intoexperiences.
  • Support the creative planner insetting up plans and to manage in house market mix by creatingproper concepts and experiences.

  • Ability to direct the creative processat every stage of production, from concepts toexecution.Operational knowledge of Guest Relations, Front Office& In Room dining teams. Desired knowledge of the purchasingprocesses.
  • You will have strong presentationskills, ability to present financial impact of recommendations madeand sell ideas persuasively, influence without direct authorityshowing a high level of emotional intelligence to adapt to variouscultural settings and situations.
  • As a detailorientate and hands on Team Player with strong interpersonalskills, you will thrive on mentoring team members to achieve betterresults and and celebratesuccess.
  • Communication is what keeps ourdepartments running perfectly. You have great communication skillswith a strong customer service and businessethic.
  • You will have a relevant professionalqualifications or hotel school diploma and bring wealth of pastexperience working in similarcapacity
