We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Associate to join our Corporate Services team . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client entities in various jurisdictions such as DIFC, ADGM, Freezone and Mainland as well as processing payroll activities accurately and efficiently for our clients, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Services Assistance: Act as Relationship Manager for a portfolio of Companies in order to provide a comprehensive service provision of Incorporation, Secretarial, Accounting, Compliance and Payroll services to our clients.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients whilst ensuring all compliance related documents reviewed and signed-off.
  • Provide coordination for processing or cancellation of visas for client's employees.
  • Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for employees on a monthly basis, calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update company and employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary and benefits. Ensure all payroll data is entered accurately into the payroll system and all company data is entered accurately into the CRM system.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all jurisdiction-based, federal or local regulations and internal requirements with regard to onboarding and periodic reviews.
  • System Management: Utilize internal Acclime systems as well as specified payroll software (Connect HR) to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Stay updated on Acclime systems and payroll software updates and implement changes as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Services, administrative management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
