The QualityAssurance Analyst will deliver the highest levels ofquality to a suite of software products for the Zelis Claims team.The Quality Assurance Analyst will be involved in design,development and execution of system tests covering a number ofZelis healthcare revenue cycle managementproducts.

The position will primarily focus oncreating test cases for automation of manual processes, datavalidation and development of testcases. The Quality AssuranceAnalyst will participate in all aspects of the software developmentlifecycle (SDLC) to include:

  • Collaboration with analysts ingathering requirements and test case design to ensure adequatecoverage for new feature development
  • Partneringwith software developers to facilitate a clear understanding ofacceptance criteria and QAexpectations
  • Creating and designing testcasesthat will be used by the Automation team to build automationscripts
  • Performing manual testing of workthat's not deemed possible or important toautomate
  • Automating system regression executionand regression data collection
  • Testing productsthat delivers on a SaaS basis through the web built using theMicrosoft .NET Stack (Windows, Microsoft SQL Server,C#).
  • Developing in depth understanding of theZelis product portfolio to assist with defectprioritization.
  • Performing root cause analysisfor software and data defects to include aiding to implementprocess changes to ensure a continuousimprovement.
  • Liaison between operations,compliance analysts and R&D

RequiredExperience:

  • Minimum 3+ years'manual/automation software quality assuranceexperience
  • Experience with QA methodologies andAPI testing tools
  • Experience with Agile andSDLC methodologies

PreferredSkills:

  • Testing cloud native productsexperience helpful
  • Postman, SoapUI, Bruno, JSONexperience helpful
  • Experience in API testing,validating XML payloads preferred
  • Familiaritywith Selenium, Playwright, etc.
  • Goodunderstanding of relational databases in general and Microsoft SQLServer specifically.
  • Working knowledge of Javaor any programing language.
  • Familiarity withAtlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket,Confluence).
  • Working knowledge of Git basedversion control systems.
  • Working knowledge oflarge data sets highly desired.
  • Coordination ofbenefits, and/or Health care revenue cycle knowledge isplus.
  • EDI (835 & 837) claims testingand understanding health care claimspricing.
  • BA/BS in Computer Sciencepreferred.
