Aboutthe Role

Are you ready to leadcapital markets activities in a rapidly expanding and dynamiccompany At Moove were seeking a proactive and skilled Head of DebtCapital Markets to drive our fundraising initiatives engage withlenders and debt investors providers and manage strategic debttransactions. This role demands a deep understanding of multimarketand multicurrency environments coupled with exceptionalmodelbuilding and negotiation skills.

In this keyposition you will be responsible for originating and managing debtfunding overseeing due diligence processes and collaborating withlegal teams to close transactions. You will also handle postclosestakeholder management and reporting ensuring that our capitalstrategies align with our overall businessobjectives.

Your experience in structuringmarketing and managing private debt corporate debt and bondissuances across multiple geographies will be crucial. backgroundin toptier investment banks private credit funds or working in acapital markets function of an asset heavy company is highlyvalued.

WhatYoull be Doing

  • Engagelenders: Build and maintain relationships with keyfinancial institutions lenders and overall debt investors to securenecessaryfunding.

  • Originationand model building: Lead the origination of capitalraising activities and develop robust financial models to supportfundingefforts.

  • Duediligence management: Oversee the due diligenceprocess ensuring thorough evaluation and risk assessment ofpotential fundingsources.

  • Negotiationand closing: Lead negotiations and structuringefforts for debt or debt like transactions working closely with allsupportingteams.

  • Postclosemanagement: Manage stakeholder relationships andreporting posttransaction ensuring smooth integration and alignmentwith financialobjectives.

  • Fundingplanning: working closely with treasury and otherkey stakeholders to develop a short and long team fundingplan

  • Multimarketand multicurrency expertise: Apply knowledge ofmultimarket and multicurrency environments to structure deals andmanage funding across diversemarkets.

  • Groupstructure knowledge: Utilise experience withmultientity group structures to optimise capital strategies andensure effective financialmanagement.


WhatYou will need for thisposition

  • Leadershipin fundraising: Demonstrated success in leading(originating modelling negotiating and structuring) capital raisingactivities including private debt bondissuances.

  • Toptierexperience: Proven experience in toptier investmentbanks private credit funds or working in a capital markets functionof an asset heavy company.

  • Debt andequity expertise: Extensive experience with privatedebtbond issuances and overall debt likeinvestors

  • Seniorlevelcapability: 1015 years experience with strong trackrecord of leadership and impact in capitalmarkets.
