A career inAdministration and Secretarial Services within Internal FirmServices will give you with the opportunity to provideadministrative support to PwC employees. Youll focus on usingbusiness software applications to prepare reports receiving anddirecting incoming calls or emails to the appropriate partiesarranging business travel tracking expenses and coordinatingmeeting arrangements.

Our team is led by thenational administrative services team that oversees executiveistants and team istants administrative support concierge dualsupport specialists office services doent production meeting andevents and project management. Youll help our team with calendarmanagement internal and external client scheduling travelarrangements expense reconciliation client or account researchreport generation and review and routine communication management.

Ensures the smooth operation of theoffice by coordinating administrative support across the office andensures that the office is supported in an efficient and effectivemanner.

  • Oversightof office help drivers and reception.
  • FinancialAdhere to the allocated budget for the Office Services functionPropose costs saving solutions asappropriate
  • Work with procurement with regardsto office needs (supplies consumables)
  • Preparepurchase orders for all office management supplies rent utilitiesand service charges
  • Customer In line withProcurement guidelines provide office services supplies Coordinatelocal events office events with close liaison with the OfficeManager
  • Coordinate printing and bindingrequests
  • Facilitate New Hire onboarding processvia coordinating inductions and other matters withHR
  • Notify HC IT and receptionist of newhires/departures and provide/remove security pes and access tooffice as appropriate
  • Handles and reports adhocissues arising
  • Acts as an interface betweenadministrative staff and management
  • Manageexternal archiving if relevant
  • Manage seatingstorage and parking allocations
  • Overseecouriers and post room
  • Provide coaching andsupport for junior EAs ifapplicable
