  • Provide full administrativesupport to clients &intermediaries.
  • Review all documents receivedand enter data in the healthcare systems while ensuring a highlevel of accuracy within the time frame as per the agreedSLAs
  • Ensure regulatory compliance is achievedthrough continuous monitoring and reporting of process, procedures,and systems gaps.
  • Maintaining physical orelectronic records related to medical insurance policies &maintenance requests.
  • Upload member data filesto regulatory systems ensuring compliance with regulatorydirectives.
  • Upload PBM membership data to thepartner system
  • Liaise with cross-functionalteams for customer service, medical and health on track-relatedqueries.
  • Ensuring customer, client, and brokerare at the center of day-to-day activities to meet evolving needsand expectations.
  • Carrying out translation workon policy contracts and other marketingcollaterals
  • Preparing a list of translatedmaterials and topics, classifying them, indexing, and documentingthem to facilitate reference whenneeded.
  • Determining the texts and materials tobe translated and supervising the organization and documentation ofall data and records related totranslation.
  • Performing any other work relatedto the nature of work upon assignment, including but not limited toPre-Inception as well as quality validation of data and documentspertaining to EB policy onboarding.
  • Ensure Fullcompliance with regulation and company standards for operationalrisk.

Operational & TechnicalResponsibilities:

  • Therole will act independently and autonomously in pursuit of the KPIsand strategic objectives of the function.
  • Toensure proper relationship is required to build and maintain withinternal stakeholders /CHP/EB OPS and Governmentrelations.
