As we continue to deliver cutting-edge technology and new ideas, we are looking for a Senior Perfumer to join the team to be based in Dubai to lead local tastes activities of the different ME Countries and continued growth in the region.

Reporting into the Iberchem's Global Perfumer and EMEA Sales Director of our Fragrance business, you will be a part of new creations and lead the projects for all Middle East markets.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as a perfumer especially in Fine fragrances.
  • High motivation and will to succeed.
  • Identification with the company and the local markets.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Communication level Arabic will be an asset.
  • SAP and professional office tools.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing new creations for all Middle East markets, leading and working with the team of perfumers.
  • Travel to clients and present/explain the creations.
  • Prepare olfactory workshops for clients.
  • Work closely with the creative centre at HQ.
  • Manage and oversee the creation and development of new fragrances.
  • Use extensive knowledge and experience to create innovative and appealing fragrance compositions that meet market needs and preferences.
  • Research and experiment with ingredients, raw materials and advanced perfumery techniques, always striving for excellence in the creative process.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial and marketing departments to understand market needs and contribute to the design of fragrance launch strategies.
