Overview

TheDigital Designer creates and shapes unique, user-centric The idealcandidate will have experience collaborating remotely with multipleteams in a growing, fast-paced This role works with the creativemanager to make intentional design decisions and translate anygiven user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive Our 100%remote department requires highly motivated, US-based team;


Responsibilities

  • Bea great team Ability to align with the creative manager onstrategic intent, collaborate closely with the team, and executewith minimal

  • Translatecreative brief and scope requirements into a user-centric designusing our existing brand style guide and design;

  • Buildinteractive, engaging campaigns and tools that increase customers

  • Designand develop creative digital brand solutions: digital campaigns,social media creative, brand assets, email templates,presentations, informative ebooks, landing;

  • Managethe online brand style guidelines and communicate updates tointernal

  • Workclosely with the creative manager and team on KPI measurement,attainment, and optimization of the buyers journey and

  • Presentdesign comps All design decisions should be based on the approvedstrategy and direction as well as your own design thinking andfundamental principles ( color theory, visual weight,)

  • Continuousresearch and Keep yourself and the team updated with any relevantcreative/design solutions as well as the latest changes withindustry s Take initiative to learn more about competitors and thecollege test prep;


Requirements

  • Abilityto work US Eastern Standard Time;

  • Musthave design experience with US-based

  • 3+years experience as either agency or in-house;

  • Provenrecord of excellent digital design demonstrated in a professionalportfolio (applicants without a portfolio will not be considered).

  • Hands-onexperience creating campaigns, brand identity design, style guides,social media, emails, presentations (Google slides), video ads, andweb

  • Experienceusing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign,Illustrator), Figma, Vimeo, Canva, Google, and

  • Independentworker who thrives with minimal supervision, able to work onmultiple projects with different objectives

  • Creativethinker with a problem-solving mindset and good time managementskills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as;

  • Desireto learn, grow, and improve, staying on top of industry trends andbest

  • Full-timerequirement of 40 hours per;
