What youll achieve

As aProfessional Services Senior Project Manager you will play apivotal role in guiding and executing complex projects acrossvarious sectors within out Consulting portfolio of offerings. Yourexpertise in project management methodologies leadership skills andstrategic thinking will be crucial in delivering successfuloutcomes to our customers.

  • Lead andmanage crossfunctional project teams to ensure the successfuldelivery of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and execute project plans manage defined scopegoals deliverables resources and timelines while ensuring alignmentwith client objectives and approved contracted statement ofworks.
  • Apply project management methodologiesas prescribed by Dell and appropriate to different project contextstailoring your experience while adhering to the core methodologiesapproach to meet client needs. Identify and manage project risksissues and dependencies implementing mitigation strategies toensure project success.
  • Foster strong longtermclient relationships by maintaining regular communication managingexpectations and providing transparent project status updates.Monitor and manage project budgets costs and resource allocationensuring efficient utilisation of resources while adhering tofinancial targets.
  • Lead stakeholder engagementactivities facilitating collaboration and communication among allproject participants.

Essential Requirements

  • Nativelevel proficiency in English
  • 12 to 18 years of related experience
  • Experience with installation customization andintegration of highly complex architecture andtechnologies
  • Experience with executingprojects with approved methodology while adhering to margin costsplanning and SOW requirements
  • Excellentinterpersonal written and verbal skills to be able to influence andinteract with confidence and credibility at all levels within theDell Technologies companies customers partners andvendors

DesirableRequirements

  • Industry technicalcertifications
  • Advanced knowledge ofbusiness/technology transformation programs such as Digital. ITBCDR Multicloud Security and Workforce
