Senior Manager, Professional Services - MENAFull-timeWe’re looking for a Senior Manager of Professional Services, to lead Procore’s Professional Services team in MENA. In this role, you’ll drive best practices by establishing operations, setting strategic goals, and providing daily guidance to your team.As our Senior Manager of Professional Services, you’ll successfully lead, mentor, and grow your team of individual contributors. This includes facilitating onboarding, providing training, identifying challenging opportunities for advancement, and driving high performance with OKRs. As a successful candidate, you have experience managing multiple professional services roles including sales and delivery and aspire to pursue future leadership opportunities. You’re also a trusted advisor who can skillfully manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building to move the needle on projects.This role is based in our Dubai office and reports to the Director of Professional Services Delivery. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Attain mastery over and become a subject expert in Procore services engagementsCreate efficiencies in processes and procedures, continually seeking ways to promote product adoption and efficient software implementationsGuide team in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalationsDemonstrates business growth and transformation within a team that drives Professional Services value to customersEngage with Customer Success Leadership on team wins and lossesMeasure the effectiveness of the team by managing operational metrics such as billable utilisation and CSAT and Professional Services revenueManage team resourcing and capacityInspire team members to achieve high results and metrics; develop and manage team OKRs, messaging, and updatesRecruit, mentor, and develop team members by identifying training opportunities, and managing peer shadowingManage, inspire, motivate, mentor and provide career development guidance to direct reports.Responsible for partnering with commercial teams to ensure the successful scoping, sizing, and estimating of efforts for Professional ServicesWhat we’re looking for:7+ years of experience leading the scoping and delivery of technology services engagements, including project and implementation managementExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsUnderstanding of business transformation, growth, and development of consulting services within a Professional Services organizationEnthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire and motivate othersDeep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business modelsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and process-oriented mindsetTrack record as an early adopter for driving change and a demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvementBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or a related field is preferredExperience with Financial, Construction, Project Management, or ERP software solutions is preferredAt Procore, we invest in our employees and provide a full range of benefits and perks to help you grow and thrive.
