Job Description :

Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Head to join their dynamic team. The Retail Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales goals, and maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance and provide regular feedback to drive improvements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain inventory levels and oversee merchandising efforts to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years in the banking industry with at least 5+ years in a managerial position.
