What Youll Be Doing:

  • Delivering efficient andontime recruitment services based on business need.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicateswith hiring managers and stakeholders to understand jobrequirements and expectations.
  • Maintainstransparent and timely communication with candidates throughout thehiring process.
  • Fosters and sustains trustedconnections with candidates hiring managers and other stakeholders.Cultivates a positive and professional relationship with potentialcandidates to elevate the overall candidate experience.
  • Develops a deep understanding of theorganizations culture values and work environment and infuses it incustomized communications.
  • Articulates theemployee value proposition (EVP)to potential candidates and staysinformed about industry trends market conditions and changes in thejob market.
  • Uses market insights to tailorrecruitment strategies and stay competitive in attracting toptalent.
  • Quickly adapts to changes in thebusiness environment including shifts in hiring needs ororganizational priorities. Embraces new technologies andmethodologies to improve recruitment processes.
  • Deliberately provides a positive candidateexperience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Continuously seek feedback from candidates anduse it to enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Collaborating on recruitment activities forlarge scale civil engineering programs.
  • Clearly articulates the application ofrelevant laws and regulations as well as company policies relatedto area of responsibility in an effort to guide hiring managers inmaking decisions as the need arises.
  • Developing and maintaining indepth globaltalent pools that can be leveraged to ensure recruitmentrequirements are satisfied in a swift and efficient manner
  • Support the recruitment team effortsthroughout the region through targeted campaigns and advertising onsocial media ensuring the target audience is engaged and ouremployer value proposition is accurately communicated.

WhatRequired Skills Youll Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of fulllife cycle recruiting
  • A dynamic mindsetcharacterized by a strong drive to take initiative think creativelyand embrace challenges turning these into opportunities through asolution driven approach.
  • Ability toeffectively manage multiple priorities
  • Effective English communication skills.
  • Attention to details and advanced organizationskills.
  • Experience in using advanced applicanttracking systems.
  • Accomplished in developingstakeholder and candidate relationships.
  • Strong team work and collaborative skills
  • Upholds the principles and values of thecompany and possess a high level of integrity. Excellentinterpersonal skills and ability to handle a variety of sensitivesituations and confidential assignments.


What Desired Skills YoullBring:

  • Bachelor degree froma recognized University or recognized HR qualification orcertificate
  • Experience in engineering andconstruction recruitment or closely related.
  • Experience of working with advanced ATSsystems including Workday and Phenom.
  • Visionfor embracing technology and candidate identification
