The RoleLocation:
Dubai'KF Hire' is Korn Ferry's Internal Talent Acquisition function.

As a member of KF Hire, the Senior Recruiter will be one of the main points of contact for all recruitment across the Middle East for our Search, Consulting and Digital lines of business and Corporate Functions.

Working directly with the local senior leadership team and stakeholders, the Senior Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.


Specifically, the successful individual will:
Work closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understands key business needs and prioritiesIdentify the channels and strategy to source candidates matching business requirementsClient Relationship Management
  • Conduct interactions with key stakeholders in a timely, professional and responsive mannerConduct role briefing and set expectations for the end to end recruitment processFollow agreed recruitment process for recruitment delivery and identify continuous improvement opportunities to further enhance the overall candidate and manager experienceEffectively communicate the individual opportunity to candidates and differentiate the Korn Ferry 'Employer Value Proposition' (EVP)Use competency based interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short list processConduct and document screening process including resume pre screening, telephone interview and short listing, design questions and scripts for screening processManage the collection and distribution of HR and/or recruiting related correspondence; e.
g. education verification, reference checks, background checks, etc.

Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), document candidate activity, present candidates to hiring managers, and facilitate the interview and offer processBuild and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratiosParticipate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for openings, and global operational initiativeProfessional Experience/QualificationsExperience working in a RPO or executive search environment or in-house, managing the full end to end recruitment process with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategiesIdeally, experience recruiting in the HR/Professional Services Space.

Exceptional written and verbal communication at all levels within a professional recruitment environmentExperience working in a fast-paced global environment while effectively coping with changeFull life-cycle recruitment experience supporting all levels of positions with a focus on senior-level hiringClient facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers, Human Resources and Executive Leadership throughout the recruitment processAbility to provide team members with details necessary to build overall recruitment solution necessary to successfully execute against projectExperience conducting and discussing competency/behavioral based interviews with Hiring ManagersExperience working with Assessment toolsExperience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to follow a defined recruitment processExperience developing and executing against multi-faceted sourcing strategies, competitive mapping and process enhancementsDetailed knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
