About The Role

As Assistant Managerin Facilities you will adhere to facilities maintenance proceduresacros various areas including but not limited to electricalmechanical kitchen painting carpentry Audio and Visual systems firesafety systems recreational water systems hotel rooms public areasand exterior features. As part of the role you will followConditional Based Maintenance and be involved in buildingmaintenance environmental and safety regulation complianceF&B outlets support etc. The successful candidate willfocus on using the best practices to improve efficiency by reducingcosts while increasing productivity. Your involvement in bothstrategic planning and daytoday operations particularly in relationto building and premises will be essential part of the job. In thisrole you will manage a large team of Team Leaders and Techniciansand report to Manager Facilitties you will also have budgetaryresponsibility.

AboutYou

Our ideal candidate will holdDegree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and havestrong background in preventive/reactive maintenance in wellknown5* hotel or a large commercial facility. The candidate will haveevidence of handson engineering experience while workingindependently and productively within a team environment. You willneed to be a good team player with strong communication andleadership skills. Candidates will be required to demonstrateadvanced rectification analytical skills and ability to effectivelyinfluence their direct reports as well as seniorstakeholders.
