AtStella Stays Youwill:

As aPricing and Distribution Specialist at Stella Stays you will play apivotal role in managing our presence across online travel agencies(OTAs) global distribution systems (GDS) search engines and directbooking channels. You will be responsible for optimizing roominventory implementing dynamic pricing strategies and analyzingchannel performance to maximize revenue. Working closely with salesmarketing and onground teams you will ensure alignment inedistribution strategies effective execution of pricing strategiesacross all locations and monitoring local events to adjust pricingaccordingly. Additionally you will oversee wholesale pricing andwholesale channels to maximize revenuestreams.

Responsibilities:

  • ManageStella Stays presence on OTAs GDS search engines direct bookingchannels and wholesalechannels.

  • Ensurevisibility and competitiveness with accurate content prices andavailability.

  • Monitorroom availability rates and restrictions to optimize pricing andcontrolinventory.

  • Keepan eye on local events and market dynamics to adjust pricingstrategiesaccordingly.

  • Implementdynamic pricing strategies and promotions to maximizerevenue.

  • Analyzechannel performance to identify incomeboosting opportunities uniqueto StellaStays.

  • Developand implement rate strategies tailored to market demand competitorlandscape and localevents.

  • UtilizeStella Stays preferred channel managers revenue management systemsand online bookingengines.

  • Exploreemerging platforms and technologies customized for distributionneeds.

  • Ensureaccurate and uptodate information tailored to Stella Staysoperations for efficientdecisionmaking.

  • Analyzemarket trends competitor pricing and local events to inform pricingstrategies.

  • Workclosely with sales performance marketing and other departments toalign edistributionstrategies.

  • Collaboratewith onground teams to execute pricing strategies effectivelyacross alllocations.



Requirements

  • Bachelorsdegree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or relatedfield.

  • Previousexperience in a similar role within the hospitality industrypreferred.

  • Strongunderstanding of distribution channels revenue managementprinciples and pricingstrategies.

  • Proficiencyin channel management tools revenue management systems and onlinebookingengines.

  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills with attention todetail.

  • Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills for collaboration acrossdepartments.

  • Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changingpriorities.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, BusinessAdministration, or related field. Previous experience in a similarrole within the hospitality industry preferred.
