They are currently looking to hire a Head of Digital & E-Commerce to lead their digital transformation and marketing strategy across the Middle East, India, and Africa (MEIA) region. What We Are Looking For:

  1. Proven track record in digital marketing and eCommerce, preferably in FMCG or consumer electronics.
  2. Deep expertise in planning and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  3. Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  5. Excellent communication skills to lead brand storytelling and market engagement.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Planning

  1. Develop the annual marketing calendar and strategically allocate the ATL media budget by brand and market.
  2. Oversee comprehensive agency management, coordinating efforts with media, social, creative, and influencer agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Digital Campaigns

  1. Lead the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, encompassing planning, creative development, and landing page design.
  2. Leverage platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  3. Deliver robust campaign reporting, optimization, and post-campaign analysis to meet KPIs and refine future performance.

Social Media & Influencers/KOL

  1. Design a dynamic monthly social media editorial plan, including reels, stories, posts, and carousels, paired with targeted boosting campaigns.
  2. Drive growth in followers and engagement rates across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  3. Execute influencer marketing strategies, partnering with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for product launches, events, and promotions.

Communications

  1. Spearhead brand communication and omnichannel marketing for seasonal campaigns across ATL and BTL platforms in the MEIA region.
  2. Manage content creation, including the development of local content for campaigns and product launches.

Internal Reporting

  1. Publish monthly newsletters to share best practices and insights with all markets.
  2. Host monthly review and planning meetings with key markets to align marketing strategies.
  3. Oversee strategic ATL marketing projects, working closely with sales managers and distributors to optimize media plans, creative assets, and campaign performance.

Events

  1. Plan and execute high-impact regional events, from budgeting and logistics to amplifying results through PR and social media.

Salary Range: AED 30,000 to 33,000 + Benefits & Bonus
