Responsibilities:

  • AsIT systems analyst (Salesforce Analyst), you will establish andmaintain constructive relationships with IT team and Businessfunctions, understand current and future business requirements,identify systems and solutions to facilitate businessfunctions’ activities, deploy new solutions and supportexisting portfolio.Convert business requirements into systemsrequirements, help to formulate scope and objectives for solutions,assess cost, time and resources, define thepriorities
  • Identify the optimal mix ofsolutions to achieve business objectives to properly assess riskand impact of solutions on applications portfolio, other businessand IS functions
  • Translate business driversinto project plans/portfolio roadmaps that articulate andprioritize the changes required to application services on ashort-term/medium horizon
  • Define and governsupport process for portfolio in yourdomain
  • Establish and maintain partnership withIT project team members, central IT applications/technology/servicedelivery teams, providing regular updates to ensure the portfolioof applications is managed and developed to deliver agreed businessneeds. Keep partnership with relevant businessfunctions.
  • Participate in briefings with 3rdparty vendors, manage vendor relationships &budgets
  • Create/maintain systems/servicesdocumentations, training programs/materials, operatingmanuals
  • Adhere to relevant policies,procedures, and standards in order to achieve quality andcompliance of solution and services
  • Followincident/change/problem/release management procedures forappropriate solution portfolio
  • Assisting withguidance on reporting and capabilities of BI tools inmarket

Skills

DesiredSkills andExperience:

  • Universitydegree in computer science / business administration / projectmanagement
  • Experience in IT in a largemultinational company or company being service provider tomultinational company
  • 3 years+ experience inProject Delivery either as project analyst or streamlead,
  • Evidenced vendormanagement
  • Evidenced operations efficiency leadinitiatives
  • Fundamental knowledge of SalesforceService Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MarketingCloud
  • Solid understanding of APIintegration
  • Fundamental knowledge of dataanalytics, reporting and measuring KPIs
  • Strongcommunication skills, work independence, assertiveness, processorientation, self-driven
  • Ability to think“outside thebox”
