The Role We are looking for a professional, personable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at RAK Ceramics at our 3 prime locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah showrooms. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key part in delivering a welcoming, premium brand experience while supporting smooth front-desk and showroom operations. The Receptionist will contribute to creating a positive first impression, maintaining showroom standards, and supporting customer engagement in line with company SOPs. What You Will Be Doing Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, warm, and courteous manner Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Inspect the front desk before showroom opening to ensure all marketing collaterals are properly placed Offer refreshments to clients and maintain a visible, proactive presence throughout the showroom Escort customers to the appropriate salesperson and ensure smooth handover Deliver high-standard customer service with a positive and hospitable attitude Support the sales team by maintaining showroom hospitality during client interactions Ensure client needs are addressed promptly, professionally, and in line with company standards Follow company SOPs and the employee handbook for all customer interact What We Are Looking For Some of the key competencies required for the role include: Functional Experience in customer-facing roles such as Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or Customer Service Executive Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in managing client interactions and showroom presentation Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment Behavioural Warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor Confident, proactive, and service-oriented approach Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy Resourceful problem-solver with a positive attitude Well-groomed and presentable, reflecting the brand’s premium image Our Ideal Match Previous experience in a customer-facing or front-office role A confident and customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with people Ability to consistently deliver a high standard of service Commitment to professionalism, etiquette, and brand representation RAK Ceramics is an Equal Opportunity Employer We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, nationality, disability, age, or marital status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
