**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at I Smile Dental Center. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, scheduling appointments, utilizing medical terminology and optimizing patient experience.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Proficient in Arabic and English language
- Experience performing receptionist duties
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in dental office or healthcare industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
