Responsibilities

  • Be a champion for functional leading / bestpractises with Microsoft solutions
  • Haveexceptional understanding of Microsoft ERP or CRM functionalcapabilities
  • Keep up with product roadmap andthe content of future releases of Microsoft ERP orCRM
  • Lead delivery of D365 endtoendimplementation projects including design configuration testingtraining cutover post golive support & reporting assuringthat the management of area technical assets and systemsdevelopment lifecycle comply to firmsISMP
  • Responsible for all aspects of relevantworkstream of implementation assuring that area processes arealigned to Firms ISMP
  • Lead the design andconfiguration of sector specific templates to enhance the out ofthe box Dynamics functionality giving our client a unique sellingpoint and a resalable/ reusable asset
  • Activeinvolvement with Data Migration strategy anddesign
  • Involvement with interfaces andIntegrations
  • Be responsible for ensuring ourpresales engagements are delivered with the same rigour andattention to detail as our clientengagements
  • Define training needs within theteam and coach other team members
  • Deliver allconsultancy according to the our clients Project Methodologyensuring that all software applications are implementedsuccessfully according to the project plan
