Requirements
  • Masters or Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems,Entrepreneurship or relatedfield.
  • 3+years of experience defining and driving product marketing fortechnology products in complex and technical environments. Ademonstrated interest in data integration andanalytics.
  • Experienceworking on international donor funded projects related to globalhealth and other development sectorspreferred.
  • 4+years of experience in a role that requires significant writingand/or communications strategy in support of complexprojects.
  • Strongcustomer empathy and ability to adapt communication to best engagedifferentaudiences.
  • Abilityto translate technical concepts and differentiators through conciseand compelling written and verbalcommunication.
  • Strongattention to detail when crafting documents (e.g., correct grammar,consistent formatting, attention to customer languagechoice).
  • Demonstratedproject management skills, highly organized and able to rapidlyadapt to changing situations andinputs.
  • Abilityto work effectively remotely with people from a wide range ofculturaland
  • professionalbackgrounds.
  • Strongcollaboration in cross-functional team environments but also ableto act quickly as thedecision-maker
  • Youhave a strong intuition to get into the details of the problem anddesign creativesolutions

  • Excellentverbal and written English skills. French and/or Portuguese fluency(written and spoken) is aplus.
Responsibilities

TheProduct Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing andexecuting go-to-market plans for the clients product and services.They are looking for an energetic, motivated self-starter that hasa passion for technology and can translate the capabilities of atechnology solution into sales messaging and positioning. You willbe responsible for the delivery of consistent messaging thathighlights the differentiated value proposition in all salescollateral, conduct knowledge transfer and training in both directand indirect channels, and contribute to core messaging for thefulfillment of marketing tactics. This position requires acombination of strong technical, marketing skills, project/programmanagement, knowledge about the competitive landscape, and deepunderstanding of buyerpersonas.
  • KnowledgeGeneration: Work with internal Delivery and Growth andPartnership (G&P) stakeholders to understand projectactivities, document their impact and communicate projectchallenges related to our client s product. Create briefs andpresentations to socialize this knowledge externally, supportlearning about the work and generate demand for theservices.
  • TechnicalWriting: Understand the needs of customers and partnersand present these needs within the company. Write briefs andpresentations, in collaboration with theG&P/Delivery/Product teams, for internal and externalstakeholders to communicate the client s positioning in the market.Materials may include slide decks, case studies, 2-pagers, whitepapers, proposal materials, ad-hoc marketing assets, and websitecontent.
  • TechnicalBusiness Development: Create and manage high-impact salesenablement materials that shorten sales cycles and increaseconversion rates. Develop sales tools including presentations anddemonstration scripts to effectively communicate solutions. Provideproduct demonstrations to prospective clients and be responsiblefor crafting and creating new product demonstrations including demodata.
  • Analysis& Research: Work with G&P, Delivery andProduct teams to ascertain the unserved needs and marketopportunities and competitive landscape. Gather and analyze dataabout customers, competitors, and current openings in themarket.
  • Partnerships:Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers in strategicmarkets to support the company s goals, including fleshing outpartners and new offerings with data collection providers, datascience providers, in the interoperability landscape andmore.
  • StrategicPositioning: Find gaps in the market and determineopportunities to produce maximum customer or business value. Workwith the Growth and Partnerships team to ensure that the productswe develop are well aligned with revenue generation potential inthemarket.
