- Undergeneral supervision oversees theSAP process from sales ordercreation to preparation for delivery and invoicing. Insuresaccuracy of job related requisitions and communicates with servicecoordinator on sales order accuracy and secures sign off.Troubleshoots and resolves SAP order to cash issues. Createrequisitions as required and supports processing and/or transfer ofcost to a sales orders or mobile business unit (MBU). Createstanding maintenance orders to assign sundry item cost to (MBU).May serve as a backup on quote team for quotation creation. Mayserve as a backup to service coordinator for sale order creation.May perform scheduling of personnel and equipment in sales orders;reports on personnel utilization and equipment and maintainsscheduling board. Prepare budget reports for guidance ofmanagement. Evaluates office productions revises procedures and ordevises new method to improve efficiency of work flow. Reviewspersonnel records to ensure inventory commitment and orderreconciliation. Skills are typically acquired through an highschool diploma or similar education and 5 years experience as aService Planner including management experience. Promotes safetyawareness and environmental consciousness and complies with allapplicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.Ensures compliance with Health Safety and Environmental (HSE)regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part inthe quality improvementprocess.

- RequestsRFQs to vendors for materials required to perform thejob;
- Proactivelymanaged the timely checking for the renewal of all trainings andCICPApass;
- AssistedGR is in collating documents for the renewals of visas medicals andtravel cards of thecrews;
- Assistedthe company and the employees with visa arrangements inEmbassies;
- Maintaineddatabase of all passports and residence visas by scanning alldocuments anddirectly
- updatedthe database when detailschange;
- Assistedthe crews on their flight bookings and hotel reservation whenneeded;
- Uploadedtimesheet for the engineers throughSAP;
- Providedgeneral administrative support to the BSM Team Leaders andEngineers
Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors andauxiliaries including associated international codes such as APIand ISO Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatorycompliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonalskills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language.Knowledge of Arabic is preferable. Professional CertificationsCertified Training in RCM Modules preferred. Certified Maintenance& Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the AmericanNational Standards Institute (ANSI) Certified Reliability Engineeraccording to ASQ Vibration Certification - At least Category II(Category III preferred) according to ISO 18436-2. Lube AnalysisCertification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA)(Category III preferred).
