Our client one of theworld s leading sports resorts is looking for a MediaCoordinator (Hospitality) to join their team based in AbuDhabiUAE.


TheMedia Coordinator will develop and implement targetedcommunications advertising content for a variety of media platformsgreat creativity with a keen interest in creating and implementingcostefficient and effective media campaigns write proofread andedit all media contents plan and execute all media and advertisingcampaigns.


Furtherwill manage the digital assets of the company working with avariety of different teams to ensure that all of the content isproperly organized tagged and stored in a centrallocation.


Duties&Responsibilities
Creating newdigital content write blog posts create social media posts shootvideos to be used on company websites or other onlineplatforms
Providingadministrative and clericalsupport
Developingeffective marketing campaigns for digital mediums such as websitesand social mediaplatforms
Monitoringwebsite performance and making adjustments whenneeded
Managingincoming calls for customer serviceissues
Developingcontent for the company s website and social mediaplatforms
Participating inmarketing research to identify new trends in consumer behavior andinterests
Creating imagesanimations or video content using computer software such asPhotoshop orIllustrator
Coordinatingwith other departments to develop and execute marketing plans thatincorporate digital media components such as email campaigns blogspodcasts orvideos
Reviewingincoming bids from advertising agencies or other vendors fordigital media projects pertaining to websites social media mobileapps ebooks or other onlinemedia
Overseeing thedevelopment of online publications such as blogs online journals orinteractivedatabases
Help buildrapport with clients and mediaoutlets

RequirementsBachelor sDegree in Marketing Public Relations Journalism BusinessAdministration Communications or a relatedfield
Minimum 2 5years UAE experience in Hospitality and / or sports facilitiesenvironment gained in a similar role with a proven track record inhotel related industries ispreferred
Applicablecoordination skills to be able to coordinate and supervise theactivities to ensure delivery of optimumservices
Skills in IT andadept knowledge in all social media platforms (e.g. TwitterFacebook and Tiktok Twitteretc.)
Strong knowledgewith social media management tools (e.g. Buffer Hootsuite MeetEdgarSocialPilot Loomlyetc.)
Commercialawareness and businessacumen
Ability to thinkstrategically
Effectiveprofessional verbal and written communication skills in EnglishArabic is an addedadvantage
Creativity andan eye fordetails



Workinghours:

6days aweek
1day Weekly off except (Friday Saturday Sunday & PublicHoliday) no fixed dayoff depending on the operationalrequirements.
