Designation: Group HR Officer Interior andFitout (Group)

We are looking for a Group HROfficer to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HRmatters across the company from recruitment to performance reviewswage reviews disciplinary action and learning and development. Toperform well in this role you should have experience as an Group HROfficer or other senior roles in the HR team and knowledge aroundall legal requirements in this role.

Aptitude:Dynamic passionate proactive wellpresentable superorganized.

Education: Degree in Bachelors orMasters Degree in Human Resource Management orEquivalent

Experience: 510years

Duties and responsibilities: Group HROfficer

  • Manage the staffing processincluding recruiting interviewing hiring andonboarding
  • Ensure job descriptions are up todate and compliant with companyobjective
  • Collecting and maintaining records ofthe employees with all their personal and educationaldetails.
  • Provide all administrative supportrequire processing VISA of employees in coordination with legalteam.
  • Ensure employees salaries are prepare asper experience
  • Investigate employee issues andconflicts and brings them to resolution
  • Ensurethe organizations compliance with local federalregulations
  • Ensure all company HR policies areapplied consistently
  • Develop and implement HRstrategies and initiatives aligned with the overall businessstrategy
  • Bridge management and employeerelations by addressing demands grievances or otherissues
  • Manage employees resignation/terminationprocess
  • Support current and future businessneeds through the development engagement motivation andpreservation of human capital
  • Nurture apositive working environment
  • Oversee and managea performance appraisal system that drives highperformance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefitsprogram
  • Carrying out necessary administrativeduties.
  • Report to management and providedecision support.
  • Ensure legal compliancethroughout human resourcemanagement

HR ManagerRequirements:

  • Bachelors /MastersDegree in human resources management orequivalent.
  • Interior/ Fit out experience isrequired.
  • Ability to build and maintainpositive relationships withcolleagues.
  • Experience in following andmaintaining workplace privacy.
  • Knowledge of UAElabor laws.

Job Type:Fulltime

Pay: AED5000.00 AED7000.00 permonth
