RoleOverview:

As the CommercialManager you will play a critical role in shaping and executing thecommercial strategy. You will be responsible for driving revenuegrowth building strategic partnerships and ensuring a consistentcustomer experience across all markets. The ideal candidate will bea strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the travelindustry and a proven ability to lead highperforming commercialteams.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.Commercial Strategy &Execution:

  • Develop andimplement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenuegrowth across all markets.
  • Collaborate withthe executive team to align commercial goals with the overallbusiness objectives.
  • Identify and prioritizenew market opportunities customer segments and revenue streams.

2. PartnershipDevelopment &Management:

  • Lead thedevelopment of strategic partnerships with airlines hotels travelagencies and other key stakeholders.
  • Negotiateand secure favorable commercial terms with partners to maximizerevenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and managepartner performance ensuring adherence to contracts andservicelevel agreements.

3.Sales & RevenueManagement

  • Oversee thesales function ensuring effective account management customeracquisition and retention strategies.
  • Implement revenue management strategies tooptimize pricing and inventory.
  • Analyze markettrends and customer insights to refine sales tactics and improveconversion rates.

4.Marketing & Brand Management:

  • Collaborate with the marketing teamto develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that supportcommercial objectives.
  • Ensure consistentmessaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness ofmarketing initiatives to inform future campaigns.

5. CommercialOperations & CustomerExperience:

  • Leadefforts to enhance the customer experience ensuring a seamlessjourney across all stages of travel planning.
  • Streamline commercial operations optimizingprocesses and workflows to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor key commercial KPIs and provideregular performance updates to the executive team.

6. Team Leadership& Development

  • Buildand lead a highperforming commercial team fostering a culture ofexcellence and continuous improvement.
  • Providecoaching mentorship and development opportunities to team members.
  • Promote crossfunctional collaboration tosupport the broader goals of the organization.

Qualifications &Skills:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or related field(Masters preferred).
  • Min of 8 years ofprogressive commercial experience with at least 3 years in a seniorleadership role.
  • Experience in Hospitality orAirline or Tourism industry is must
  • Experiencewith OTA is also a must
  • Proven expertise incommercial strategy sales and partnership development.
  • Strong understanding of the travel andtechnology sectors.
  • Exceptional leadershipcommunication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability toinfluence and drive change.
  • Datadrivendecisionmaking skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Excellent command of English
