For this role, HSBC targetsa fixed pay range between $174,300 and$305,000.

The final fixed pay offer willdepend on the candidate and a number of variables, including butnot limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth ofexperience and education, licensing/certification requirements,internal relativity, and specific worklocation.

Requirements

You’ll likely have thefollowing qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • An individual who has a deepunderstanding of global banking products. Subject matter expertisein Leveraged Acquisition Finance (LAF).
  • Anindividual with experience in banking products and services, with astrong understanding of client and businessneeds.
  • Strong communication skills and deepunderstanding of end-to-end riskmanagement.
  • The ability to lead a team inoperational risk management.
  • The ability tosupport and guide the Wholesale businesses and various productpartners in its management of operational risk appetite, ensuringthey operate in compliance, with operational risk framework andstandards in a multi-geographic, matrixorganization.
  • A strong capability intranslating analysis results into strategic businessrecommendations.
  • A strong ability to develop,maintain constructive relationships with US Operational Risk teamsand other ‘second line of defense’ teams, alongwith various Global partners, and others for operational risk andinternal control matters across all levels and geographies of thebank.
  • Ability to pro-actively apply knowledgeof the ORMF in line with the coreactivities.
