Job Description: We are seekinga highly skilled and experienced Admin and HR professional to joinour team at our electrical cable factory. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for overseeing all administrative and human resourcefunctions ensuring efficient operations compliance with policiesand a supportive workplace culture.
KeyResponsibilities.
Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiativesaligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitmentand selection process to attract hire and retain qualifiedcandidates. Oversee employee onboarding training and developmentprograms.
Administer employee benefits programs andmaintain accurate employee records. Handle employee relationsissues including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Administrative Management:
Supervise dailyadministrative operations including office management facilitymaintenance and security.
Develop and implementadministrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency andproductivity.
Coordinate with external vendors andservice providers for office supplies equipment and maintenanceservices. Oversee the management of company records ensuringconfidentiality and proper documentation.
PerformanceManagement:
Implement performance appraisal systems andprovide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance providing feedback andcoaching as needed.
Develop and implement strategies toimprove employee engagement and retention.
Complianceand Reporting:
Ensure compliance with health and safetyregulations and company policies.
Prepare and submitrequired reports to management and regulatory bodies.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practicesin HR and administration.
Qualification Bachelors degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a related field. MBA
or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR andadministrative management preferably in a manufacturing orindustrial environment.
Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles practicesand employment laws.
Proven ability to manageadministrative functions and facility operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strongleadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency inHR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problemsolvingskills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidentialinformation.
