Job Description:
We are seeking to recruit a qualified Admin Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the reception area and performing admin-related activities such as clerical tasks and supporting employees, families, parents, students, and management in day-to-day admin-related activities to start immediately
Qualifications:
- Must speak fluent English
- Arabic speaker is an advantage
- Day to day reception responsibilities
- Previous experience in a school as a receptionist would be preferred
- Confident when greeting VIP guests and employees
- Must be positive and enthusiastic
- Must be well presented
- Know how to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
