  • Provideaccurate information on hotel services, rates, and operationalhours for all departments.
  • Be familiar withStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs), LSOPs, and emergencyprocedures.

Exceptional CustomerService

  • Answer phones courteously and adhereto proper phone answering procedures.
  • Resolvecustomer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guestsatisfaction.
  • Promote the hotel, restaurant,lounge, and gift shops to enhance the guest experience.

Effective LeadershipAnd Team Management

  • Assist in managing daily operations,conducting performance appraisals, and implementing developmentplans for assigned staff.
  • Ensure coaching andcounseling methods align with Marriott Internationalstandards.
  • Foster a positive team environment,encourage a proactive attitude, and provide proper handovers forsmooth operations.

Compliance AndSecurity

  • Conduct regular PCI and hospitalityaudits to maintain compliance with Marriott Internationalstandards.
  • Adhere to Marriott Brand standardcompliance requirements for all front officesections.
  • Stay security-conscious and reportany suspicious activities promptly to the Manager onDuty.

InformationCoordination And Communication

  • Coordinate with colleagues,departments, and immediate superiors for effective communication ofoperational details.
  • Stay well-informed aboutdaily/weekly/monthly plans, events, promotions, andbookings.
  • Monitor group reservation forecastdata and respond to incoming reservation salesopportunities.
