**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of ad-lab.io, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across all departments.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee project management, including resource allocation, timeline management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with department heads to set and achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
- Drive performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the advertising industry, with a focus on PPC agencies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and growing teams, driving operational excellence, and achieving business objectives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, with expertise in PPC advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Youtube Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Clickup, Notion etc.).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
