  • Dispatch appropriate personnel tofulfill guest requests promptly.

  • Maintain a comprehensive log of guestrequests, including guest information, issues, resolutions, andfollow-up actions.

SystemProficiency

  • Demonstrate expertise in OPERA, GXP,AVAYA, Open Table, and related operating systems.

ProactiveApproach

  • Represent Marriott professionally,maintain a positive attitude, and ensure seamless handovers tocolleagues.
  • Handle wake-up calls and maintain ahandover log for the next shift.

Reservation ManagementAnd Coordination

  • Manage Open Table reservationsaccurately, verifying special occasions and handling customerinquiries.
  • Follow reservation procedures,confirm bookings, and coordinate reservations for specialevents.
