Responsibilities:

  1. Developand implement HR policies procedures and initiatives that supportthe companys overall strategicobjectives.
  2. Manage the endtoend recruitmentprocess including job postings screening interviewing andonboarding of new employees.
  3. Develop andmaintain effective employee relations programs including conflictresolution grievance handling and disciplinaryprocedures.
  4. Administer employee benefitsprograms including health insurance retirement plans and otheremployee perks.
  5. Coordinate and conduct employeetraining and development programs to enhance employee skills andcompetencies.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor lawsregulations and industry standards related to employment health andsafety.
  7. Maintain accurate and uptodate employeerecords including attendance leave and performanceevaluations.
  8. Manage the payroll process andensure timely and accurate payment of wages andsalaries.
  9. Handle employee inquiries andconcerns regarding HR policies procedures andbenefits.
  10. Collaborate with department managersto identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans to meetproduction targets.
  11. Monitor and analyze HRmetrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiativesand make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Stayinformed about industry trends and best practices in HR managementand incorporate them into the companys HRstrategy.

Qualificationsand SkillSet:

  1. Bachelors degreein Human Resources Management Business Administration or relatedfield. Masters degree or HR certification is aplus.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager HRGeneralist or similar role in a manufacturing or industrialenvironment preferably in the steel fabricationindustry.
  3. Indepth knowledge of HR principlespractices and procedures including recruitment employee relationsperformance management compensation and benefitsadministration.
  4. Strong understanding of laborlaws regulations and compliance requirements applicable to themanufacturing sector.
  5. Excellent interpersonalcommunication and negotiation skills.
  6. Abilityto build and maintain positive working relationships with employeesmanagers and external stakeholders.
  7. Proficiencyin HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software and MSOffice Suite.
  8. Strong organizational andtimemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines.
  9. High level of integrityprofessionalism andconfidentiality.
