Key Responsibilities
  1. Hunt for new business opportunities through creative prospecting and networking.
  2. Engage potential clients with compelling presentations and product demos.
  3. Understand client pain points and craft tailored solutions.
  4. Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
  5. Negotiate deals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  6. Stay ahead of market trends and provide insights to leadership.
  7. Maintain accurate sales records and generate performance reports.
What You'll Bring
  1. 1-3 years of successful sales experience (exceeding targets is a big plus).
  2. Strong communication skills – you're a natural at building rapport.
  3. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and sales tools.
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Adaptability and quick thinking to navigate changing situations.
  6. Valid driving license (preferred).
Experience
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in crystal awards, metal trophies, 3D printed models, and corporate gifts.
