What You WillDo In This Role

As a ContentModerator, you will:

  • Review products offered for sale onthe client’s platform to ensure that they do not violateany current policies
  • Address sensitive contentwhich may be graphic, violent, or hateful, include offensive orderogatory language or other potentially distressingmaterial
  • Identify trends that highlight gaps insocial media policies
  • Demonstrate anunderstanding of market-specific legal and cultural practices thatenable effective content review
  • Analyze andindependently render decisions against high volumes of live andactive issues regarding social media userbehavior
  • Provide information, educate customersto update trackers, update required applications & toolsand keep internal stakeholders informed ofissues
  • Be available to work within rotatingshifts (Early Morning and/or late Night, weekends/ Longweekend/Statutory Holidays)
  • Deliver expertcustomer experiences…with a smile.

  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English and one of the following languages:Arabic
  • Clear awareness of potential biases orconflicts of interest and ensure these do not affect professionalapplication of responsibilities
  • Deepfamiliarity with internet technology, streaming, internetslang/colloquialisms and internetculture
  • Evaluate information andquickly/independently develop a sound conclusion based on anexisting framework
  • Mentally and emotionallyable to handle offensive or disturbing behavior, language, andcontent
  • Ability to monitor several informationflows simultaneously
