Junior Trade Marketing Manager

Thejunior Trade Marketing Manager supports the Sales and MarketingTeam in all aspects of the marketing plan execution for TravelRetail markets. The JTMM reports directly to the Regional Head ofTravel Retail and works closely with all departments includingMarketing Sales Supply Chain Customer Service Operations.
Job Purpose: The JTMM isthe direct interface between sales teams and brand managers. He/sheinfluences internally base business all launches relaunchespromotions. The JTMM is responsible of all relevant targets as thedevelopment of the trade story. He/she unleashes hiddenopportunities in marketing & sales and brings them to lifewhere He/she makes business opportunities in close cooperation withrelevant partners by developing focused activity plans anddelivering flawless execution in selected channels.
Job Description: Market Mapping:Identify the markets potential for sustainable growth Consumersinsights and clear segmentation: who are our existing clients andhow can we recruit new ones
Better understanding of thevarious channels and the dynamics of each channel. Analyze theCompetition their strategy and the winning formulas. Identify whatis the optimal go to market strategy on how to win in differentchannels. Recommend brand/ assortment mix distribution pricingstrategy and investment priorities. Accelerate sell out: Will beconsistently looking for gaps and opportunities to grow thebusiness. Design and implement different offers to drive sell outwhile staying line with the brands guidelines. Highlight marketsneed to brand managers for global support Own trade plans incollaboration with the commercial teams and aiming for profitablegrowth while improving market share. Will always challenge theproposed trade plans by our distributors aiming at optimizing ourTrade Spend ROI. Ensure that our BTL placements are well syncedwith our ATL campaigns for maximum output. Full ownership of theperfect store program including capex investments merchandisingplans better visibility and assortment rationalization. Ensurequarterly trainings for all markets Analysis & reporting:Analyze sell out data and present to the team on monthly basis whatare the major findings and the recommended actions going forward.Present close out reports for new launches activations andpromotions. Share a quarterly recap on trade plans ROI highlightingachievements and areas for improvement. Share monthly market visitsreports Budgets & controls Monitor closely Trade Spend andA&CP actuals vs budgets monthly. Lead capex projects andthe weekly merchandising meetings. Owns the forecasting process incollaboration with the commercial and supply chain teams OthersFrequent travels to the markets are required Lead the organizationof events involving distributors and retailers of TR markets.
