Design, develop and maintain Sitecore basedweb applications, ensuring maximum performance, responsiveness andscalability.

• • Implement andcustomize Sitecore components, templates, layouts, and pipelines tomeet project requirements.

• •Develop and maintain content creation workflows, ensure effectivecontent management processes and enable content teams to create andupdate digital assetsefficiently.

•• Work closelywith cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, UIdevelopers and other stakeholders, to ensure successful projectdelivery.

• • Write effectiveunit tests to ensure a high level of code quality and reduce thenumber of bugs in the application.

•• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprintplanning, stand-up and surveymeetings.

• • Integrate andoptimize applications on cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, orGoogle Cloud.

• • Contribute tothe development of advanced solutions that are consistent with themission and objectives of Abu Dhabi PortsGroup.

People ManagementResponsibilities:

• •Collaboration: Work closely with team members, designers andbusiness analysts to ensure effective communication andteamwork.

• • Knowledgesharing: Share your technical knowledge and expertise withcolleagues, helping them solve challenges and promoting skillsdevelopment.

• Mentoring: Provideguidance and support to junior developers, apprentices and interns,helping them develop their skills and understand bestpractices.

• • Code review:Participate in code review to maintain code quality and adherenceto programming standards.

• •Problem Solving: Collaborate with team members to identify andaddress technical problems and challenges, and foster a culture ofproblem solving and innovation.

•• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to colleagueswhen reviewing their work and are willing to receive feedback fromothers to facilitate continuousimprovement.

Strategicresponsibilities:

• •Technology Roadmap: Contribute to the development andimplementation of the Technology Roadmap, and assist in theidentification and adoption of new technologies andpractices.
