Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Human Resources Officer for their client in Abu Dhabi which is a large healthcare group operating multiple healthcare assets across UAE The Chief Human Resources Officer CHRO will be vital in shaping the organizations workforce and fostering a positive work culture You will lead HR strategies talent acquisition employee development initiatives and play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts retains and develops top talent promoting employee engagement and productivity The CHRO will Develop and implement HR strategies that support the groups vision values and longterm objectives Oversee talent acquisition onboarding and retention efforts to attract and develop a diverse and highperforming workforce Lead performance management and talent development initiatives providing coaching and support to managers and employees Design and execute employee engagement programs ensuring a positive work environment and a strong company culture Oversee compensation and benefits programs ensuring they are competitive equitable and aligned with the group objectives Lead HR analytics and reporting providing insights to guide decisionmaking and improve HR processes Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations mitigating HRrelated risks for the organization Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 20 years of experience within HR and at least 5 years in a C level role at a large healthcare organization Must have a proven track record of successfully driving HR strategies and initiatives Indepth knowledge of HR best practices UAE employment laws and industry trends Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Be a strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change Demonstrate the ability to foster employee engagement create a positive work culture and lead through influence Have excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a datadriven and analytical approach to HR Salary Aed 65 per month plus family benefits and performance bonus Company Profile Davidson Healthcare Recruitment is a leading Healthcare and Leadership headhunting consultancy based in Dubai with branches in UK and India Our Medical recruitment Consultants are trained on the PQR for all medical specialties and medical subspecialties for all the countries We are leaders in Physician Surgeon and Allied Healthcare Recruitment for Hospitals Medical Centers Clinics and Medical Universities headhunting Tier 1 and Tier 2 Board Certified Fellowship trained Physicians and Surgeons ABMS CCT CCST ARAB Board RCPSC FRC Australia and New Zealand OBERARZT and CMSA among others across all medical specialties and subspecialties from across the globe We also specialize in recruiting DHA DHCC DOH and MOH licensed Physicians and Allied Healthcare professionals within UAE Chief Officer • Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates #J-18808-Ljbffr
