**Qualifications**:

- Familiar with UAE LABOR LAW
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- years of experience in human resources roles.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proven experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition and retention.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
- Experience in managing employee benefits programs.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement workforce planning strategies.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and propose action plans based on feedback.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee development, career planning, and training opportunities.
- Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and analyzing turnover data.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and ensure company policies are compliant.
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs to enhance morale and motivation.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive company culture and promote employee well-being.
- Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts when necessary.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
