We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Permanent Corporate Associate to join our team. Thisrole is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid or remotecapacity, blending the best of both worlds to provide exceptionallegal services to our clients. Very client-facing role with a focuson corporate restructuring, equity swaps, roll up agreements, andmost general contracts that will come up. Qualifications
