Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered and its competitors and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the profits or share of the market while ensuring the customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in setting and developing annual marketing plans to meet the annual objectives.
  • Supervises the implementation of marketing programs which may affect brands image, maximize the profitability and sales figures in low seasons and analyzes its impact on the business.
  • Reviews the implementation of promotion & local store marketing programs and reports the feedback to marketing manager.
  • Reports and presents marketing activities on a monthly basis {Achievements VS Objectives} and covers competitors activities showing its direct impact on our Restaurants business.
  • Ensures & monitors the availability of all marketing materials needed to run all marketing programs, makes sure of its accuracy, and reports to Marketing Manager with new needs and ratios of consumption.
  • Maintains open communications with all Operations team, to follow up the proper implementation of marketing plans.
  • Follows up on the new trends in the markets which may affect the Advertising and promotions plans.
  • Manages the marketing program calendar and sees to it that the projects are done timely based on the projections.
  • Partners with existing advertising agencies in the implementation of marketing strategies and programs.
  • Annual meeting with the marketing head to elaborate the annual marketing calendar.
  • Tracks the performance of new products launches in terms of sales mix and cannibalization, promotions.
  • Coordinates with the advertising agencies to accomplish various advertising and promotional activities.
  • Provides data regarding achievements of Sales and marketing targets of the chains & benchmark studies on the competition in the market.
  • Prepares certain marketing reports (product mix, sales mix, mode of service).
  • Supports Operation team by marketing activities for under-performing restaurants.
  • Prepares licenses sheets for various marketing activities and obtains authorizations from the ministry of commerce.
  • Participates in relevant trade shows, sales meetings, planning sessions, operations review meetings, and special events.
  • Could be assigned for any marketing activities as per the brand / marketing manager needs.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business management, communications, market research or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 -3 years of working experience in the field of marketing.

Skills:

  • IT Skills: excellent MS Office, expert knowledge of power point, media tools & Internet research.
  • Good communication skills in English, fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
