The purpose of the Senior Performance MarketingManager Rest of World (ROW) role is to develop a worldclassperformance marketing operation that can scale our customer base tomaximise profitable commercial growth. The role will lead and growthe Performance Marketing team and create a predictable andscalable digital customer acquisition structure with daytodayownership of paid media spend digital channel mix and caignexecution with an aim to deliver returns on advertisingspend.

How youll help us make healthhappen:

  • Own and leadstrategy and execution for all performance marketing media throughROASbased consumer approaches and datadriven acquisition strategiesaimed to support commercial growth. Channels to include and not belimited to Search Display Social Affiliates and Organic caignsspanning ROW (Rest of World) markets.
  • Effective budget management to build media forecast allocate fundsoptimally deliver best results without overspending and maintain abalanced investmenttoreturn ratio. Constantly analysing spend andrecommending changes as necessary to ensureoptimisation.
  • Lead motivate and develop theexisting team of 5. Create strong and effective workingrelationships within the team to bring about a positive environmentthat promotes the achievement of functional goals and the businessKPIs.
  • Point of contact with our digital mediaagency to spearhead the caign strategy and deliverables across forall ROW markets and cross functional relationships inclusive ofcreative agencies internal studios stakeholders and insurancepartners.
  • Drive optimisation plans throughdatadriven insights and custombuilt attribution model with a focuson maximising return on investment (ROI).
  • Ownand lead delivery of caign reports to provide analysis around ROAScaign performance against various key performance indicators (KPIs)and conversion patterns across ROW markets to help optimise allcaigns. Convey insights and findings to the senior management on aregular basis.
  • Play a major analytical role intracking data analysis and testing consumer acquisition channels.Identify opportunities to improve the productivity and efficiencyof programmes and caigns.
  • Work closely withwider marketing and digital teams and sales and compliancestakeholders fostering an environment where strategies are testedand innovative ideas are brought tolife.

Key Skills /Qualifications needed for thisrole:

  • Successful trackrecord in a performance marketing or digital marketing role withexperience of using multiple channels online andoffline.
  • Track record of paid spendoptimisation across ROW and channels with budgets in excess ofc.3M.
  • Experience in building a performancemarketing engine across tracking attribution automation andoptimisation.
  • Excellent written andcommunication skills in English with the ability to present atexecutive leadership level and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrable handson experience with the search display payperclickprogrammatic social HubSpot Salesforce Google Adwords Google DataStudio and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong knowledgeof MarTech solutions as well as digital dataanalytics.
  • Ability to analyse data fromadvertising caigns to ensure conversion rate optimisations andreturns on investment.
  • Experience in managingagencies for media strategy planning andbuying.
  • Experience of managing a copyclearance process in a regulated industry; specific experience inhealthcare or insurance will be highlyadvantageous.
  • Advanced PC skills includingAcrobat Excel Word and PowerPoint isessential.
  • Strong collaboration skills workingseamlessly with diverse teams globally.
  • Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance isadvantageous.
