We are seeking an experienced OfficeSupport Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will beresponsible for providing administrative support and ensuringsmooth operations in our office. The ideal candidate will haveexcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and theability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities
- Provide general administrativesupport such as answering phone calls, sorting mail, and organizingfiles
- Schedule and coordinate appointments,meetings, and travel arrangements for staffmembers
- Assist with the preparation anddistribution of documents, presentations, andreports
- Maintain and update databases,spreadsheets, and other office systems
- Monitorand order office supplies and equipment whenneeded
- Assist in the onboarding process for newemployees, including conducting orientation and preparing necessarypaperwork
- Handle confidential and sensitiveinformation with professionalism anddiscretion
- Collaborate with team members tostreamline office processes and improveproductivity
- Assist with event planning andlogistics for company meetings andevents
- Assist with ad hoc projects asassigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;additional certification in office administration is aplus
- Proven experience in a similar role,preferably in a fast-paced officeenvironment
- Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strongorganizational and time management skills, with the ability toprioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills
- Detail-orientedwith a high level of accuracy and thoroughness inwork
- Ability to work independently andcollaboratively as part of a team
- Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changingpriorities
- Knowledge of office managementsystems and procedures
- Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withintegrity
