Office Clerk

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize and maintain office files, including sorting, filing, and archiving physical documents
- Support team members with additional administrative tasks as required
- Assist with managing office supplies, including restocking items, and ensuring storage areas are well organized
- Monitor production activities remotely through surveillance cameras and report any issues to the relevant team members
- Track and log the amount of production each machine is generating and report discrepancies or irregularities
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in office clerical or support roles is preferred
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and use of office equipment
- Ability to monitor and observe production processes via CCTV cameras
- Experience with tracking and reporting production output of machinery (training will be provided if necessary)
Pay: AED800.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
