**Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
**2.Office Maintenance**:
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the office space.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure a well-maintained work environment.
**3.Assistance to Staff**:
- Provide support to colleagues as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointment
**Qualifications**:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
**Skills**:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Experience**:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
**Attitude**:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
**Working Conditions**:
This is a full-time position located at Ajman UAE.
**Salary**: AED 1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Language**:
- English fluently (required)
