  • Lead the execution, and delivery ofshort-term special projects focused on enhancing rider satisfactionand engagement, with a particular emphasis on rider deals andpartnerships.
  • Work closely with variousstakeholders, including the dispatch, logistics, product,engineering, regional & local operations and marketing, toensure seamless project execution and alignment with companyobjectives.
  • Responsible for measuring,analyzing, improving, and controlling projects spanning across 8countries in the MENA region.
  • Implement qualityassurance processes to uphold the standards of rider experience andensure that project deliverables meet or exceedexpectations.
  • Contribute to building a strongsense of community among riders through innovative thinking andinitiatives aimed at fostering rider loyalty andretention.
  • Identify and cultivate strategicpartnerships with external stakeholders to enhance the valueproposition for riders and drive long-termengagement.
  • Continuously evaluate projectperformance and seek opportunities for improvement, iterating onstrategies to enhance rider satisfaction and engagement overtime.

Whatyou need to besuccessful

TechnicalSkills

  • 2- 3 years of relevant professionalexperience, Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry,particularly within the MENA region, isadvantageous.
  • Best practices knowledge inproject management, rider engagement strategies, and partnershipdevelopment
  • Proficiency in Google sheets andGoogle Slides
  • Proficiency in data visualizationand reporting tools including Tableau, Data studio, andLooker
  • BI experience is a plus

  • Ability to interpret data and metricsto drive informed decision-making and optimize projectoutcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with theability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Ability to grasp complexconcepts and apply them to your work / to thebusiness
  • Strong problem-solving abilities; andprocess-driven
  • Track record of getting thingsdone while managing a heavy workload effectively by settingpriorities and managing expectationswell
  • Strong written and verbal English& Roman Urdu communication skills across a wide range ofstakeholders
  • A self-starter attitudethat’s comfortable with constantchange
