Overviewof the role

The HR analyst will beresponsible for collecting analysing and interpreting data relatedto HR programs. This role involves working closely with therespective functional team to ensure that datadriven insightsinform decisionmaking and optimize the effectiveness of traininginitiatives. This involves utilizing various data sources tools andmethodologies to assess the impact of HR programs and provideactionable recommendations. In addition the HR analyst will managethe administrative aspects of the organizations and number ofprocesses related to budgeting reporting organization maintenanceon SAP/SuccessFactors .Plays a key role with the generalistknowledge to support different priorities within thedepartment


Whatyou will do

  • Supporting theline manager in analysing and reporting of data including Manpowerand financial reports headcount attrition Emiratisation etc.specific to the operations.
  • Produce andmanipulate excel tables to an advanced level with a strongattention to detail.
  • Report and analyse alldata produced including the tracking and measurements of deliveriesdone for all brands.
  • Supports Divisional HRteam to collate manpower requirements from management validatingvariable budget assumptions correct data entry to planning tool foreach cost centre. Creates Headcount tracking sheets by band by costcentre together with the budgetapproval.
  • Compiles data for HR reportinganalysis data and variance and prepares thereport
  • Review and consolidated all internalrecruitment/salary proposal cases make sure the submission are incompliance with policies.
  • Support the LM in allHR digital transformation initiatives includes SAP systemupgradation SuccessFactors (EC) implementationetc.
  • Make sure all reports within data centres/storage are updated on monthly basis with dataAccuracy.
  • Make sure all reporting are updatedin PPT template and distributed among the key HRmembers
  • To provide administration financial andanalytical support to HR team
  • To ensure thatall Financial and Dashboard reports are accurate and prepared in atimely manner
  • Due to nature of the job needs todeal with personnel information with sensitivity andconfidentiality.

Whatequips you for therole

  • Bachelors degree inComputer Sciences MIS or other Business & IT relateddisciplines
  • Develop and analyze data performtrend analysis and identify datadiscrepancies
  • Develop ongoing data reviewtactics identify data discrepancies and perform data cleanup whenneeded
  • Identify manage and resolve projectrisks and issues
  • Knowledge of HR metrics willbe advantageous
  • 2 to 5 years of experience inAnalytics Business Intelligence or other quantitative disciplineswithin a high performing business
  • Experience ofworking with multiple data sources (e.g. Access Excel SQL Databasesetc.) and statistical analytics tools
  • Proventrack record in delivering information and insights to mid/highermanagement
